1. Data Fiduciary & Entity

Narrabrain Labs Private Limited (CIN: U63111MH2026PTC471492), operated by Vibhav Nigam (Founder), acts as the Data Fiduciary for narrabrain.studio. This module processes creative inputs and synthesized outputs under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

2. Data Collection & Processing

Narrabrain.studio processes the following creative data to generate high-fidelity synthetic media:

  • Directorial Prompts: Textual, visual, and vector-based instructions used to orchestrate AI pixel synthesis and media generation
  • Narrative Parameters: Story arcs, character descriptions, emotional intent, and thematic direction
  • Creative Refinements: Iterative adjustments made to optimize output quality and narrative coherence
  • System Logs: Technical metadata related to processing, performance, and error correction

This data is collected with your explicit consent and processed solely to generate your requested synthetic media and improve our Narrative Delta Reinforcement Logic (NDRL).

3. Data Storage & Global Processing

Your creative inputs and synthesis data are handled as follows:

  • Primary Storage: Creative inputs and user prompts are primarily stored within the Republic of India on secure cloud infrastructure (encrypted at-rest using industry-standard encryption protocols)
  • Processing Infrastructure: Video synthesis computation occurs on distributed cloud infrastructure across multiple global regions for redundancy, performance optimization, and disaster recovery purposes
  • Data Residency: While primary storage remains in India, processing and backup data may be temporarily stored or processed in other jurisdictions as necessary for technical operations. All such processing complies with Indian data localization requirements under the DPDP Act, 2023
  • Technical Access: Authorized technical personnel located in multiple countries may access anonymized technical logs and system performance data solely for infrastructure maintenance, debugging, model optimization, and security purposes
  • Model Training: Aggregated, anonymized insights from creative prompts may be used to refine future versions of our synthesis engine. Individual creative inputs will never be publicly shared

All cross-border data transfers are encrypted in-transit using industry-standard encryption protocols and comply with applicable data protection laws. Users can request details about specific processing locations by contacting our Grievance Officer.

4. Synthetic Output Ownership & Rights

Regarding synthesized media generated through narrabrain.studio:

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the generated video/media output
  • Provenance: All outputs include cryptographic C2PA metadata identifying the content as AI-generated and timestamped with generation date
  • Attribution: You agree to disclose that content was generated using Narrabrain's technology when publicly distributed
  • License: You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use generated media. Commercial use requires explicit licensing agreement

5. Prohibited Uses & Deepfake Prevention

You agree not to use narrabrain.studio to:

  • Create non-consensual deepfakes or synthetic media impersonating real individuals without their written consent
  • Generate content depicting illegal activities, violence, or harmful conduct
  • Remove, alter, or obscure C2PA provenance metadata that identifies content as AI-generated
  • Use synthesized media for fraud, deception, or misinformation
  • Create content that violates others' intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Generate defamatory or harassing content

Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Data Retention & User Rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your creative inputs and synthesis metadata
  • Request erasure of your directorial prompts and inputs at any time
  • Withdraw consent and discontinue platform use
  • Request information about how your data was processed
  • Opt-out of having your data used for model training improvements

Data Retention: Your creative inputs are retained for the duration of your account. Generated outputs remain your property. Upon deletion request, inputs are permanently erased within 30 days; outputs remain yours to use but will not be regenerated using your original prompts.

7. Liability & Output Warranty

Narrabrain Labs is not responsible for:

  • AI hallucinations, artifacts, or errors in synthesized output
  • Copyright infringement claims arising from generated content
  • Inaccuracies or misrepresentations in synthetic media
  • Damage caused by misuse of outputs (e.g., deepfakes, fraud)
  • Service interruptions or data loss

You assume full responsibility for how synthesized media is used and distributed.

8. Intellectual Property

Our proprietary synthesis engine, including the Shared Contextual Logic Core (SCLC), Narrative Delta Reinforcement Logic (NDRL), and all underlying algorithms, are protected intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our technology.

This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian law and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
