1. The Data Fiduciary

narrabrain.studio is operated by Vibhav Nigam (Founder, Narrabrain Labs — In-Incorporation). We act as the Data Fiduciary for all creative inputs and synthesized outputs processed on this module.

2. Processing of Synthesis Data

Unlike discovery modules, the .studio module processes high-fidelity creative inputs. We collect:

• Directorial Prompts: Textual and vector-based instructions used to orchestrate pixel synthesis.
• Weight Optimizations: Narrative adjustments used to refine the SCLC core.

3. Sovereignty & Global Engineering

Primary storage of creative data remains within the Republic of India. However, users acknowledge that our modified open-source backends are maintained by a global technical team. Authorized contributors in the United States may access anonymized system weights for debugging and "Temporal Anchor" refinement.

4. Provenance & Rights

All synthesized media includes cryptographic provenance metadata (C2PA) to identify it as AI-generated. Users may request erasure of their creative prompts via info@narrabrain.io.
