1. Acceptance of Terms & Entity
Legal Framework
By accessing narrabrain.studio, you agree to these Terms of Service issued by Narrabrain Labs Private Limited (CIN: U63111MH2026PTC471492). These terms govern your use of our AI video synthesis platform and are strictly governed by Indian law.
2. Service Description & Technology
Narrabrain.studio is an orchestration and creative direction layer for video synthesis that leverages modified open-source generative models. We do not create the underlying pixel generation models; rather, we provide a proprietary Shared Contextual Logic Core (SCLC) and Narrative Delta Reinforcement Logic (NDRL) that optimize creative direction, temporal consistency, and narrative coherence.
3. Synthesis License & Ownership
Regarding synthesized video content generated through narrabrain.studio:
Ownership: You retain full ownership of the synthesized video assets generated from your directorial prompts.
License Grant: You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use synthesized content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial Use: Commercial distribution, licensing, or monetization of synthesized videos requires explicit written consent and a separate commercial license agreement.
Modification Rights: You may edit, modify, or adapt synthesized videos for personal use. Commercial modification requires additional licensing.
Our IP: Narrabrain Labs retains ownership of the SCLC Engine, NDRL, Directorial Weights, and all proprietary orchestration technology. These may not be reverse-engineered or extracted.
4. Prohibited Content & Ethical Usage
Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from using narrabrain.studio to synthesize:
Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or synthetic media depicting real individuals without explicit written consent.
Content designed to spread misinformation, disinformation, or false information that could harm public interest or election integrity.
Content violating the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
Illegal content, child exploitation material, or content depicting violence or harm.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. Narrabrain Labs reserves the right to report violations directly to legal authorities.
5. AI Generation Transparency & Disclosure
All synthesized videos include cryptographic C2PA metadata identifying the content as AI-generated with generation timestamp.
When publicly distributing synthesized content, you must clearly disclose that it was created using AI video synthesis technology.
For content depicting real individuals or events, you must obtain written consent and clearly label the content as synthetic.
You may not remove, alter, or obscure C2PA provenance metadata that identifies content as AI-generated.
6. Technical Limitations & Probabilistic Nature
Important: While our Temporal Anchoring (URIG) technology aims to maintain character persistence and narrative coherence, video synthesis is fundamentally probabilistic. We do not guarantee:
100% photorealistic or cinematically perfect output for every frame.
Perfect narrative accuracy or logical consistency across all generated sequences.
Absence of visual artifacts, glitches, or anomalies in synthesized video.
7. User Conduct & Responsibilities
By using narrabrain.studio, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information in directorial prompts and account details.
Obtain all necessary permissions and consents before synthesizing content depicting real individuals.
Not attempt to circumvent content moderation or safety measures.
Accept full responsibility for how you use and distribute synthesized videos.
8. Liability Disclaimer & Indemnification
Narrabrain Labs is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, aesthetics, copyright infringement, defamation, or privacy violations arising from user-generated content.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Narrabrain Labs, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or your creation and distribution of synthesized content.
As a synthetic media intermediary platform, Narrabrain Labs complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
We maintain a strict 3-hour response window for government-mandated takedowns of prohibited, illegal, or flagged content sequences.
Users can report violations via our Grievance Officer with supporting evidence.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content policies.
10. Service Modifications & Availability
Narrabrain.studio is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice, as well as change pricing or subscription tiers. Material changes to terms will be communicated 30 days in advance.
11. Account Termination & Suspension
Narrabrain Labs may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service, create prohibited content, attempt to circumvent safety filters, or reverse-engineer our orchestration logic layers.
12. Grievance Redressal Officer
For content moderation requests, copyright claims, deepfake reports, or policy violations under IT Rules 2021:

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of narrabrain.studio shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Mumbai, India.
